Rule 18: Dissolution

1. The Society may be dissolved voluntarily by a resolution of not less than three-fifths (3/5) of the total voting membership of the Society present at a general meeting convened for that purpose.

2. In the event of the Society being dissolved as provided above, all debts and liabilities legally incurred on its behalf shall be fully settled and the cash balance remaining must be disposed of by such means as decided in the general meeting concerned.

3. Notice of the dissolution shall be forwarded to the Registrar of Societies within 14 days of its dissolution.
